Chuck Nauman has over 15 years of recruiting experience. He started with a national recruiting firm in 2005 and became an award winning, multimillion-dollar producer. His search experience includes Executive-level, Senior Staff and Consulting / Staff Augmentation solutions. His industry experience includes working for a Fortune 500 Company where he won their CFO Award for leadership.

Chuck started Peerless to be able to provide his clients with an authentic and customized approach to meet their needs. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Finance. In his spare time, Chuck enjoys spending time with his two children, is an avid scuba diver and traveler, likes to golf but wishes golf liked him, watching Ohio State, investing, reading and exercising.
