Trent Dunlap serves in the role of Vice President at HR Butler. A seasoned professional of over 20 years, he began his career at M/I Homes, advancing from an entry-level position to supervisor over the course of his six-year stay. Trent joined HR Butler in 2008 after a career move, and has progressed from his first role as a salesperson to his current position. Every year for the past 15 years with HR Butler, Trent has been crowned best salesman. He is licensed in both life and health insurance, as well as property and casualty insurance.

Trent enjoys assisting clients with difficult HR, benefits, and payroll issues and prides himself on saving clients money while exceeding their expectations. In addition, knowing that HR Butler’s solutions improve the lives of his clients as well as their employees is an added bonus. With an eye towards growth, Trent is looking forward to continuing to create a company atmosphere that is highly regarded by HR Butler’s clients, their employees, and HR Butler staff alike. 

Trent resides in the suburbs of Columbus, OH. He and his wife, Emily, have two children, Jackson, 6, and Charlie, 2, and two dogs, Griffin and Carmen. He is actively involved in his church and the launch of the Lifewise Academy program in the area’s local schools. Trent enjoys sports-filled, family weekends, coaching his kids, and boating throughout the summer months.
